Why so many nightmares

And yes i've been looking around im talking about the demonic nightmare thingy.
For some reason I attract so many nightmares to me while i sleep (15+ a night [exclaim] ). They come in a recurrent dream and at the end I'll talk about actually seeing one of these things.
The dream is I wake up (the dream starts of by me waking up in my bed). So much dread, fear, pain, sadness unlike anything I could possibly feel while awake. I get out of bed with every step i take being cautious and at a per-determined place in my house there is a candle burning or a light. These are lucid dreams, but sadly I've never done anything but yell wake up due to the incredible negative emotions I am feeling once drawn to a candle, and the fear i have at perturbing these things. The thing is once im at the candle the color becomes the predominant thing in the dream. This dream can cycle 15+ times a night with me going to a different location in the house finding a different color candle or light, and 15+ nightmares in one night give the feeling of an actual traumatic experience upon waking for hours [exclaim].
The reason I talk about this hear is I've actually seen some of the bastards. The first time was wide awake I saw a bat like creature shooting back and fourth the room ultimately shooting into me and i got out of bed and run for light. Another experience is I wake up paralyzed and there is a black human figure to my left standing there as if waiting for something. The worst is when I wake up and half my room is for no reason pitch black with these figures moving away from where i look like an eye floater and like before I am paralyzed.
I differentiate what is a dream by the last time I open my eyes I am awake. When I am having the recurring dream I open my eyes into the nightmare over and over until I wake up where I do not have the eyes from sleep again. Also when I awake I feel exhausted like i just went through a bunch of stressful events and in a nightmare I "wake" with the feeling I described earlier.
So why am I getting so many nightmares?

There actually is a hell of a lot going on here but I would start with RHODIOLA ROSEA. That is an arctic moss that turns nightmares on their head and give Morpheus an attitude adjustment. Check against meds/supps and don't mix with anti-coagulants.
Also you can try the B vitamins that come with Rhodiola Rosea by SISU. They would be even better in your situation. The B vitamins kill stress and the RR kills nightmares. Take with food before bed.
Also I might just dare say that these beings are actually there to help you. The thing with dream beings is they mean well, it's just that in the beginning they enjoy shocking the shite out of you. So do what the great Stukov once said and charge them. That's right CHARGE!!!! da da da da da da dah da dah da dah dah dah dah dah da da da da da duuuuuhhhhh!

...and another thing... because your nightmares are so intense you might have to get an exactitude dose of rhodiola. Don't panick and just buy empty gelatin capsules at the big health store (ask them). Usually these herbs/vitamines come in capsules and you just pull them apart and redistribute the powder by eyeballing it and using your best estimate.
I think your life is about to get better.

Thanks for the advise [yay]
Actually that herb scares the hell out of me. It is a stimulant the works on serotonin and dopamine. Stimulating those chemicals in my particular mental problems could lead to a higher and more violent occurrence of psychosis...which I guess I wouldn't worry about nightmares as much if I would be completely mad.
To give info about myself I am on SSRI (tri-cyclic antidepressant), benzodiazapine (1.anti anxiety 2.sleep), dopamine inhibitor (atypical antipsycotic) and don't want to take something that will react with these types of medication. And yes this happen (even more often) before I was on these medications.
Watching closely for more ideas why this happens

Exactly why I said to check against meds in my post. You are right to not mix them.
Can anybody else help him? I feel somebody else may know more about this than me.

You are lucid dreaming weezy, there is a lot you can do to gain control, but it will take some effort and time.I think it is wise of you to be wary of mixing herbs with your meds.I need to cross reference your meds, get some detail and I 'll return with my thoughts once I 've done this.

OK 4 days without posting is starting to worry me. I think it's time for a change in strategy called THE TRUTH.
The reason why everybody is so afraid is because Benzos are among the biggest demons on planet earth. They are even worst than street drugs and can be deadly. Also my sister was partly killed by a tri-cyclic anti-depressant. That class of drug is very reactive.
My red dragon has returned and has done all he can. But what I didn't tell you is my ice wizard was dispatched at almost the same time but he didn't want me to tell you. Well now you know. My blue ice wizard is in talks with your green one to end this BS now.
I have seen Morpheus learning to play soccer and then football with the red dragon and the ice wizard. Also you should imagine that your fist is gold and fist-bump all ice wizards you ever see. Do this many times until things get better.
Also I am working on another back-up plan. I'm trying to OCR a page from Psychic Shield by Caitlin Mathews but linux OCR is being a pain... page 261
Recurrent patterns and tape-loop dreams that continually double-back on themselves may reveal that you are fraught with too much stuff that you need to discharge.
As soon as I saw this line my vision turned as if blue glasses where in front of my eyes so must be important.

If the nightmares wont go away, you will start to enjoy them at one point i guess. I do now, they are just dreams. Try to think about them as a free original and personal horrormovie just for your entertainment.

Hey im still here I've been sleeping a ton lately (12-16hrs) and the day to day stuff has been all i've been able to do (there was a couple of big storms so lots of activity felt it 3 days beforehand [zomg] .
Makes me mad that I didnt see your red dragon I've often thought of the figure beside my bed as a black dragon. I knew the antipsycotics came with huge huge risk. Never heard of anti-depressants being bad unless someone who went on them was to far gone to do anything bad, they feel better sadly they only feel enough better to harm themselves. And yes I know benzos are dangerous but i'm on the bottom dose of those, top antidepressants, middle ground antipsycotics.
And yes i know that nightmares ppl get used to and in fact nothing can scare me in a dream (I've actually had a falling dream hit the ground, splatered into 1000 pieces and didnt wake up haha (pre-meds). The most recent (since last post) I had a spike threw my neck the majority of the dream. That's what makes these dream and waken experiences so troublesome because I sleep though any other nightmare.
Your quote was insaine though. That is exactly how i felt that I need to release what I carry (I've been called a conduit) like i've all i can do. Something significant about 5 (or that completed my duty) 5 peoples who got over their major struggle after meeting me. Sadly I have no clue how to do that. And that doing that would momentarally leave me open to my spiritual surroundings until complete. Which is troubling to me. And yes I meditate.
The main thing is the energy near were I sleep has become less again, but would love to just release it my mind says it's time, but I need to know how to do it and a safe place to do it.

Excellent Wheezy! Simply go to the forest and the ice wizards and dragons will follow. Then imagine your hair looks like a triangle roof. Then imagine you have a fist made of boxing glove gold metal. Wait for all the ice wizards to have gold fists that look like yours. One by one fist bump all the ice wizards as many times as necessary.
After that the party of joys awaits. Let me know if the music and noise gets too loud and I'll call the Astral Police. Last thing we need is a bunch of mindlessly drunk ice wizards pissing off the neighbors.
As for that dragon... I think you know what you have to do. I leave it to you.

Hum lucid dreaming without control didnt know that was possible, I just assumed that was how everyone dreamt but that is how I sleep mostly and it is entertaining. Definitely need stabilization help, but one thing reality checks are hard (I feel pain, my house and self are recreated perfectly [if i leave the house things are warped and easy to detect] I think steping outside first thing in the morning will be a good way to differentiate. The second I dream it is lucid but I have no control, I reach a light and suddenly I have control and it shocks me into another dream or awake.
The other way feels like I have to go to the belly of the beast (where it all started) and rid myself of it, but there is far to much energy down there to think i would be strong enough to be successful. Nor do I have any actual relationship with an ice wizard to know when to fist bump or even if the ice wizard is benevolent.

Gaining control will be very helpful for you. This is just one guide and there is a lot more information available,I 'll see what else I can find that might be useful too.

Gaining control will help you get to this, but it will take time and it's best to get strong first,so you can face down the beast. [thumbup] And *HUGS* [we so need a huggy icon, lol]
akimbomoss can be rather arcane in his advice,I like it,but I am sometimes also a bit confused, but a little reflection and some time helps me get a handle on his perspectives.I believe he is giving you a dreamscape to work within,he is helping you 'out in the field' so to speak, metaphorically.Try what he says, read and think on his description,it might work better than you expect. But,don't sweat it,if it dosen't either. We all have our own filters and it can take time to get conversant with the lucidity control you need to have to push the scape around. [cool]
More later.

Wheezy I love you. I have complete and unshakable faith in your abilities on this matter because I can
see. Your right brain understands everything that's going on.
Here is the ritual that I took from another thread:
http://www.occultforum.org/forum/viewto ... =2&t=32393.
You will need to meditate I guess on a bed. Since you are depressed this will be a little difficult... or it might be easy depending on your mood and how much food is in your stomach. Try to imagine the form of the guardian. It could be anything. Next you ask if it is your guardian / advocate / servitor. If you don't get a straight answer that seems like "yes" then forget about them and start over again. I once found a peacock and all he could do was look at me funny and make stupid noises LOL! Useless. If it is your guardian then you ask what it's name is. Remember it and write it down in a secret journal after the meditation is over. Next thank the guardian for meeting you. Some affection might be in order. Kissing is the best form GPOTOPY. Don't worry about GPOTOPY it's a code for more advanced forum users.
That's it! Also you might want to buy Psychic Shield by Caitlin Matthews. It is like a survival guide for beginners. It tells you how to shield yourself from the mud and crap of the world.

One more thing Wheezy. Don't forget one of the ice wizards is
mine. You can be sure he is benevolent. He is the white and blue one. White in the center with blue spikes emanating from him. Listen to whatever advice he gives you. Also you have permission to him all for yourself if you so choose!
BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA BIYA

oDIN IS happier than he's ever been in years. I went to Asgard. I met Ydun. She is happy about being the goddess of music again after being oppressed by the internet.
Then I went to your dream. I saw you. You were a prison warden. You trapped the ice wizards. I was in disguise. There was yellow water weeds in a ditch by the prison. I woke up.
There were like a hundred ice giants and wizards including one who was a king. I fist bumped them and told every one I loved them. Then they all formed a giant face in the ground and was sucked into the abyss!

The boy is petrified about the lucid dreams he has for a long time that he doesnt ask for and you talking about creatures that look like they came from a comic book do you think thats the right aproach for the subject akimbomoss?
In a very light analyzes.. What is happening to you is normal. You probably didnt ask for it.. maybe you didnt even wanted it at the beggining but its happening to you.. and i believe that you kinda learnt how to enjoy it since you feel its something inherent to yourself.
I advice you to relax.. realize its natural and learn about it by reading .. without stress just try to understand whats happening and you will start to control it. Most things that we dreamt about are utter meaningless crap.. some things are relevant as we can perceive them as messages and have some use for us.. and a meaninful few are visions in our life or the understanding of our trueselves.
I wish you good luck on your journey and .. i hope you understand whats going on with you .. because only you can. Dont fear it because its a part of you.
I think people have provided good reading articles so have fun.
