Does anyone know what symbol this is? I drew it two different ways, because i can't quite remember if it has two infinity looking symbols at the bottom or just one. There was something above the infinity looking symbols, but I can't remember how that part went. Whatever it was was all up and down the stick part. I also didn't draw this very well, so please forgive it being disproportionate. I know I've seen it around somewhere, but I don't know the name, so I couldn't google it properly. Thanks!

This is the symbol for Sulphur in Alchemy.

Not sure. It seems like there were more thingies on the stick part and, for sure, the figure 8 part was thinner, but....then, at some point after looking at your answer to me the other day, I watched those videos in the "Visionary Art" thread and the symbol you posted was in one of the videos. So, then that got me thinking that it could have been one of those syncronisity things, and maybe that really is the symbol I saw.

I'm sorry if my comment seems off-topic: The first symbol represent stirer/agitator in chemical engineering. Outside that I will say I'm [confused] !

It's the Alchemical symbol for sulphur. I still haven't quite decided if that is what I saw or not. It was certainly similar. It just seems like it had more branches sticking out from the stems. Like maybe 4 or 5 somewhat short branches on each side. That's the part I really couldn't remember very well.

I think I've seen this too,but I'm not sure if it's still sulphur [perhaps with some other alchemical notation meant by the extra bars?] or if it denotes something else.

I'll look around again,I was investigating cross symbols and I may have spotted summat similar,but my memory is failing me,atm.I'll go look.
