Hi all.
Since age 14 I have been able to sense spirits, kind of like a minds eye and a couple of times I had "run in's" so to speak with a couple of really nasty ones. It's a really long story so the ultra condensed version is they both attacked me as it were, one within my dreams and one within real time so to speak. Within my dream it began to control my dream, as if I were stuck within a lucid dream over which I had no control and was basically toying with me and I remember when my body was supposed to wake up I could feel it, it's a feeling I can't describe and it was a battle to wake up, or when an alarm went off I could hear it in my dream but could not escape. Long story short I couldn't think of anything else to do and I called it out to face me and when it appeared in front of my face it had a cloaked body and well, imagine a ring wraith from LoTR without a hood, no face but a weird orb like thing. Anyway something kind of awoke in me, kind of like a fire from within me and it felt as though I couldn't control my body, I placed my hand on its face and something like fire pulsated into its body and it blew up (all in the dream on the 6th consecutive night). Everything did return to normal but I have had many run ins since including some thing calling itself a "Leech" and after that attacked me I literally couldn't move for like a week. Anyway, that's not the point.
I'm able to use what appears to be some sort of combative technique.
I have basically tried to ignore all spiritual stuff and get on with my normal life as best as I can but now I seem to have had a turn of heart and I really want to learn so about 2 months ago I began "googling" terms I thought were related to my experience and I found the term "warrior" and "Astral Warrior" thrown around a lot and so my questions are.

I want to learn magic so as to help other people, what paths are out there and how can I start learning them?
Is there anything else out there like what I have experienced/can do?
What is a warrior?

Thank you for your reply and for you invite to "The Scion." One problem, I appreciate the offer but you have given me no place to start and I do not fully understand this path. I have decided that when I choose my path I am going to stick to it and not waver to any other so please understand that I want to be 100% certain I want to do that path. In addition, if you're ever in London it would be nice to talk :-).

I'd just like to say thank you for giving me a path- up until now I had nothing and although I still know not a lot about it it really means a lot to me at least someone is interested in my qualm for a path. For that I thank you, so please explain more of this path to me and perhaps maybe answer if you can some of the questions I posted originally it would be a big help- Thank you!

I don't really follow a warriors path myself, so the above are really just musings on what a warrior is, but I still think the book applies to some extent ;P
