Reiki for Beginners?

I'm interested in learning about reiki, but am unsure of where to start; what books, sites or resources could you recommend?

Has a bit of a clunky interface, but has absolutely tons of well-researched articles on loads of different aspects of reiki, definitely my top recommendation for learning about it [thumbup]
