Looking for feedback on hebrew stone cast

You may remember me posting here recently asking about using the hebrew alphabet on stones for divination.

Well, I made a nice set on some small, flat smooth stones. (from the seashore).

I "cast" them by, usually, asking my question and then shuffling, and then drawing three stones out of the pouch. I lay them from right to left ( as hebrew is read ).

Well, tonight I asked the question "Is the relationship I am currently in a good thing?"

Then I took out three stones, and layed them in order. This was the result:

GIMEL - Camel, Carrier. ZAYIN - Sword. TAV - Cross, Sign

I interpreted this as a negative answer, but I was not completely sure. I would appreciate feedback.
I tried to cast again, this time with 7 stones. (The number of perfection).
Asking the same question, here was the result:

HEH - Window. DALETH - Door, or womb. BETH - House or enclosure. ZAYIN - Sword. SAMEKH -Prop, or support. ALEPH - Ox, primal energy. SHIN - Tooth.

Thoughts welcome :)

Thanks

Hello Dancing with Dragons,

It may be just me, but, taking the meaning of the letters alone in this fashion seems too abstracted. The combination of 'camel'+'sword'+'sign' simply by themselves could be constructed to mean anything. You took it as negative, which perhaps reflects your true feeling on the question.

If you follow the traditional correspondences between the Hebrew letters and the Major Arcane of the Tarot then it looks a bit different:

This spread of 'High Priestess'+'The Lovers'+'The World' is not negative.

Aleph Aleph 1 The Fool Ox 11
Bet Bet 2 The Magician House 12
Gimel Gimel 3 The High Priestess Camel 13
Dalet Dalet 4 The Empress Door 14
Heh Hay 5 The Emperor1 Window 15
Vau Vau 6 The Hierophant Nail 16
Zain Zain 7 The Lovers Sword 17
Chet Chet 8 The Chariot Fence 18
Tet Tet 9 Strength Serpent 19
Yod Yod 10 The Hermit Hand 20
Koph Kaf 20 The Wheel of Fortune Closed Hand 21
Lamed Lamed 30 Justice Ox Goad 22
Mem Mem 40 The Hanged Man Water 23
Nun Nun 50 Death Fish 24
Samekh Samekh 60 Temperance Prop 25
Ayin Ayin 70 The Devil Eye 26
Peh Peh 80 The Tower Mouth 27
Tzaddi Tzaddi 90 The Star2 Fish Hook 28
Qof Qof 100 The Moon Back of Head 29
Resh Resh 200 The Sun Head 30
Shin Shin 300 Judgment Tooth 31
Taw Taw 400 The World Cross or Mark 32

Another approach to this could be to look at the astrological influences on the question as reflected by each letter:

You could be following in Ancient footsteps right enough.

Urim/Thummim [severity/mercy] and Ephod [Choshen],wise at least.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urim_and_Thummim
...The Talmudic rabbis argued that Urim and Thummim were words written on the sacred breastplate.[7] Most of the Talmudic rabbis, and Josephus, following the belief that Urim meant lights, argued that divination by Urim and Thummim involved questions being answered by great rays of light shining out of certain jewels on the breastplate; each jewel was taken to represent different letters, and the sequence of lighting thus would spell out an answer (though there were 22 letters in the Hebrew alphabet, and only 12 jewels on the breastplate);[8][9][10] two Talmudic rabbis, however, argued that the jewels themselves moved in a way that made them stand out from the rest, or even moved themselves into groups to form words.[11]...
