Hi everyone,
I've been interested to start yoga or tai chi but I never had the time to research and study them to see what works best for me as im busy studying other things (not looking for the time killing yoga).
My aim is to enhance my natural psychic abilities which I grew up with, enhance awareness of my surroundings and more importantly of the Self, could help me also going lucid more.
It would really help getting a starting point and maybe hear your experiences.
Thanks for reading.

http://www.kheper.net/topics/chakras/ch ... m#contents
Particularly these sections:
Associated Concepts
The Nadis
Subtle life energy - prana - vayu - ch'i - ki
Kundalini
The Circulation of the Light - Microcosmic Orbit
Practical
Meditating on and balancing the chakras
Some notes on Working with Chakra Energies and Energy Balancing
Energetic Pathways - The Chakra Figure 8s
I took the above from an older topic,I'm too lazy to retype it,lol.
If you hit the search bar on the index page, you'll find tons of information and resource links in previous threads.
Here's another I've posted before:

Look around online and find out all you can then look at what may be available locally to you.I recommend at least some teaching initially, especially if you've never done this before.

Any chance that the info contained on those kheper.net links are housed elsewhere? The posted ones, and kheper in general, don't seem to be working.

if you want to work with your inherent psychic abilities try googling 'psyionics'.
I don't have any links for you but you can learn to use your abilities without the occult flavor if that's what you're looking for,

Okay, I'll see what I can find. Thank you.
And I'm not really looking for anything specific, honestly. I've mostly been searching the forum with different topics and just looking to get a good grasp on which directions I can begin looking. Between reading through a number of the beginners threads and my searches, I'm pretty impressed with how ignorant I am. Lol

Both meditative Yoga and Tai Chi demand quite a bit of daily practice to be of benefit. Taiqi is intensely demanding! You indicate that finding time is an issue. If you don't have at least (This is a bare minimum!) 20 minutes of quality time EVERY DAY, then you might want to explore another venue for growth. The Taiqi classics say you need a bare minimum of 45 minutes of DAILY practice in order to make any progress. Of course, you can, will, and should do as you please. I'm just trying to save you from wasting what little time you have to put towards your personal development.

Everybody starts somewhere. There's nothing wrong with that.
