Hey all
I just wanted to ask, if you think a spell to GAIN weight would work. Since none of the diets and over eating are working for me and i am very underweight :/ 172cm/49kg
I have been to a doctor about this but all she said was to eat more -.- lol I cant eat all the time.
So i want your opinion, clearly its my metabolism - stupid. Is it possible to "tricking" it, to absorb more nutrients and fat from the food i eat?

What exactly does the doctor say? 49kg at 1.72 is not exactly what I would consider normal for a male, I would say this is dangerous.

You could increase your appetite and/or lust to eat.
BUT, taking the correct medicines, minerals, vitamin and of course eating variated food.

What does your diet consist of these days? Generally, when people are trying to lose weight they would cut out as much sugar and carbs as possible. If you don't eat a whole lot of carb heavy foods you may want to try adding them into your diet. If you already eat plenty of carbs, it may be time to just face fact that its just how you're built.

I'd be seeking another medical opinion on this,if it was me.
How old are you Behemoth ?
Have you always been underweight?
I'd be very surprised if there wasn't an underlying health issue here.Potentially a serious one.
You should have had full blodworks and a range of tests especially for such issues as endocrine function.
Get to a decent medic before considering magick, please.

I second Nahemah.
This seems like an issue that should be adressed with medical expertise (I'm a med student). You are indeed underweight, considering that your BMI is low. Without a medical history, examination and some routinary tests it is hard to say why you haven't been gaining weight consistenly. I'd go see a doctor [thumbup]

Rillettes seem like the type of thing to help pack on the pounds.

I was incredibly underweight when I joined the Army.
Even now I'm underweight by their standards, but I've learned a few things....
Exercise promotes appetite.
Nothing beats carbs and protein.
A spell might increase your appetite, but if all your eating is celery then there isn't a spell that can help you.
Peanut butter.... bread... and more peanut butter. lol
However, being underweight is a side effect of some other problem going on. You need to figure out what the real problem is. Go get a physical if you can't figure it out on your own.

Perhaps it's as simple as a trip to GNC?
