Meditations to Replace JoS Meditations

So, I was on day 16 I believe of the 40 day self-empowerment program, which entitled me to:
Morning Meditations for today: The estimated time of the above should be around 6 minutes.
Night Meditations for today:
Note:The Abbreviations are the same top three meditations.
Whew, that took me like 20 minutes to link everything! [tongue] So, as you can see, I've been meditating all these meditations so I must ask:
If I am joining the occult, which meditations should I add, keep, alter, replace, and/or extinguish? It's a lot to look through I know, so I began linking every so it's clickable. I am on my fourth day out of four to open my third eye chakra at night so if I must alter something, it would be better to know within the next six hours.
Thank you all!
Have a perrywinkle day! (whatever that means)

Their regimen seems extensive enough.
Although a daily LBRP seems effective and simple replacement for all of them, and you can form your own meditation rituals..

Where are the meditation experts? Come on in guys.

I can try LBRP, but saying words of praise in Hebrew is a little fishy to me. I never thought about speaking to an angel either....
But seriously, I was thinking about bumping this, I have seen a few positive affects from these meditations, and I do not want to lose them.

Creating your own meditation? I'd like the sound of that, what would be the steps of doing so?

I'll research more, I am just really confused.

If it feels stupid, don't do it.

You can modify a ritual like the LBRP and replace the angels with gods, demons, elements or anything else you feel like. The only problem is that you have to have a very deep understanding of the ritual itself and usually that understanding doesn't come from doing it over and over again for a year or so .

So if I were you, I would just stick to the meditation right now.

Quite frankly, I wouldn't touch anything attached to that psychotic, conspiracy theory driven, racist, neo-nazi aligned, plagiarizing group with a 10 foot pole, let alone perform any routine of (stolen and perverted) meditations they provided. JOS is bad news.

It seems that most of those exercises are taken from Jason Miller, so the exercises in themselves are not bad although they are linked on a site that is not exactly the most trustworthy.

Wouldn't surprise me. I know there's a bit of Bardon and Golden Dawn in there as well (or there was when I read their site circa. 10 years ago), and god knows where they got their "Yoga" from.

Yeah but they usually have the decency to cite their sources and not pervert the exercises and rituals.

As for the Yoga, I'm wondering more generally which lineage it comes from, I doubt Miller invented those breathing exercises. What I remember of JoS did give off a bit of a Kriya vibe, and that's one of the more popular branches in the West due to Yogananda's book, but just a guess.

Kangyur and Nyingma is what miller cites in his book.

Didn't Miller only start publishing the last 5 - 7 years? Cause JOS were already established (the first or second response when you google 'satanism') over a decade ago.

His first book is from 2006.
According to their site they have been online since 2002 and update their site yearly.
I'm going to have a deeper look into it today.

I have no idea anymore.

Millers book with the yoga exercises came out in 2009, the article on the JOS site came out in 2009. The other articles linked came out in 2005. Millers first book came out in 2006.
