I got this book:
Title: Keys to Salomo, Author: Rabbi Salomon, Language: Dutch. (everything I tell is translated from Dutch)
Picture 1: Table Friday (Vrijdag) Picture 2: Table Saturday (Zaterdag)

The error: Chapter 8, the table of planets. A situation is written as an example of how to use the table of planets. You need to see the pictures to know what I am talking about.
In this case the fifth table, pluto which corresponds with Venus. The character's name is Pierre du Hart. His names letters corresponds with a number in the table. From the book, I added which are correct and error.
The table of friday is in the link:
P 14 Error, should be 12
i 15 Error, there's no "i ". ("J" is 15 though.)
e 6 Error, 6 should be 15
r 14 Error, should be 12 like P
r 14 Error, should be 12 like P
e 6 Error, 6 should be 15
D 20 Error, 20 shuld be 24
u 4 Error, 4 should be 6
H 6 Correct
a 3 Correct
r 14 Error, should be 12 like P
t 18 Correct
14+15+6 etcetera equals 134. In the book the date used is december 6th 1726, when the moon is going through her 12th day. We need the number 12 to remember for later. (I checked Dec 6th 1726, it was a friday.)
Then we need the number corresponding with friday in the table, which is 15. And yes, in the table next to the symbol of Venus there's a 15. (Somewhere at the bottom, upside down.)
Originally from the book I had to take 134 + 12 + 15 = 161
In my book it is written that the total (161) has to be devided with 30. It doesn't state why. 30 is just given. At this point it this number is always 30. (It doesn't correspond with december, which has 31 days.)
But I use the good numbers from the table Friday;
12 + 15 + 15 + 12 + 12 + 15 + 24 + 6 + 6 + 3 + 12 + 18 = 150 Remember 150.
Originally the (Dutch) text in the book is the following, with the wrong numbers: 161 / 30 = 5, overblijvende getal* :11**
(*overblijvende getal translates to "left over number. presumably ,36666" )
When we complete the calculation is goes like this: 161/30 = 5,366666
**11, and then comes something with 11 which is not related in 5,366666 in anyway....So where does this number come from? Well it could be the following...5 + 6*** = 11 ! (*** I got 6 from 6th december)
Also in the end, the book stated that I have to look up number 11 in the Saturday table in the center, not the Friday table. Why? Why talk about Friday table at first, and then Saturday. This got me totally confused.
11 in the Saturday table is located left of the center, in Vita.
11 in the Friday table is located right of the center, in Fortune.
Summary
So there are a few problems in this case...
1) The numbers related to Pierre Du Hart do not correspond in the Friday table.
2) It is not stated where the number 11 came from. (I assume it has to be 6 from 6th december + 5 = 11)
3) The author, or translator, is always talking about a Friday table, but in the end talks about a Saturday table.
