I got a book with a table with the names of every hour of the day, and the name of the angel ruling over that hour:

For example; As I am writing this in the Netherlands, Amsterdam time, it is a 12:15 on a monday. (An ugly one.)
At this hour, which name is "Nathalon", the angel Raphael is ruling this hour.
The next is called "Beron", and on a monday that hour is ruled by Gabriel. And the list goes on.
(FYI Raphael is not ruling between 12 and 13 hour every day.)

But the book does not eloborate what Raphael's rule of this means and how, if possible, I can benefit of this.

Perhaps the angels have their own correspondences?
