Is this creature really a "pixie"?

So there's this creature that's been following me around for a while who's calling himself a "pixie", though I've never heard of them being like this;
as tall as a human (5'0"-5'1" to be more exact)
natural black and blond hair with tiny black horns made of bone
rat-like tail with fur or hair on the tip that makes it look like a lion's tail and seems to move strangely (one gold and one silver ring on it too, something I thought pixies couldn't even touch)
eyes that go between red and purple
can summon red fire
loves to ride on dark clouds
hates standing and walking (as he says and I've yet to see him do it)
You know how you can feel someone's energy and know things about them like what they look like or whatever, yeah, it's kind of like that with him.
I've never had a single problem with him, though my friends have said that things go missing or break whenever they sense him nearby. Even so, I'm still curious as to whether or not he is as he says. I'm not accusing him of lying, I've just never heard of pixies having some of these characteristics.
Since he's not a problem for me (for whatever reason), I don't mind him hanging around, but since he is planning on staying, is there anything I aught to do to keep him in good behavior around my friends besides telling him not to bother them?
