Clifford Arasiji?

I recently came across a self-proclaimed mystic known as Clifford Arasiji who claims to be in contact with demons and uses black magick to fulfil people's desires, such as love, wealth, etc. You can contact him at: cliff.mystic@gmail.com
I looked him up and cannot find anything on him, only aside from advertisements posted on several different sites by himself or so-called past clients, though most of these date back as early as 2012 but he remains active through his email as I've contacted him, though not agreed to anything as of yet nor have I passed onto him my information. He says he needs your full name, age, sex and country of residence before he, or "the demons" as he puts it, can help you. He refuses to speak of any further details until I give him my information. A quick look at his older advertisements though and you'll see that he said the demons will keep to the deal so long as you continue to play your own part, whatever that may be.
Has anyone else ever stumbled across him or at least heard of him? Do you think he is legit and should I go ahead with this? He doesn't seem interested in asking for money, or so he lets on at this current point in time. Let me know.

1) What you desire from the Spirits
2) Your full names
3) Your country of residence
When I get these details, I will summon the Spirits to hear your case
and get you their reply as they walk you through the path to the
answer to your quest.
