I was browsing through one of those new age stores in hunt for a herb and noticed the stick incense collection they had. Some of them pretty normal; myrrh, lavender and so on.Some of them a bit more obscure like erotic, angels and opium.
But one of them really caught my attention. Energizing.

It got me thinking. Is there an easy way to attract more energy? not just "magic" energy, but actually physical energy. Something that gives you a bit more spring in your step and makes you feel 5 years younger?

Something that just passively collects good energy and sends it to you when you need it.

Everytime someone brings up any sort of substance use I go straight to the extremes. For energy? Amphetamines. Oh boy. *shudder*

I just need to point out that none of those incense are any type of exotic.
You can get opium and all sorts of weird-names scents from any smoke shop in a huge area around my home, and I'm sure the occult stores would probably have an even better section than that.


Use the physical to effect the subtle, and vice versa.
There is no difference between magick and physical energy.

Inhaling vital energy and storing it in your body can promote better energy use and production over-all. If you're running low on energy or sleep, meditation and vital energy can keep you going for weeks. It can also be used to supplement eating, to an extent.

Your last sentence seems to exclusively hint at the use of magick. In such a case, you can use a servitor to collect and give you vital energy from another source.


Also, caffeine, as obvious as it might seem. Pure caffeine pills give you a huge boost, as long as you don't overdo it and allow yourself to "crash."

And, Mushrooms and LSD. I move nonstop on acid, and it also keeps me up for more than a day (8 hours for the trip, another 12 before it lets me fall asleep.) Though I do feel pretty beat by the time I finally pass out.


Finally, keep your body clean and exercise. A lot of the feeling of "old" is just that: a feeling.

And how do you attract more vital energy?

That might be a bit too extreme. I was thinking more along the lines of feeling refreshed and peppy. Not "running around and fighting invisible clowns"- energy.

That's acid, though. Pure amphetamines will get you refreshed and peppy. Adderall, for example.

I double this. Otherwise you may want to check the Science of Breath by Yogi Ramachakara. It gives many breathing techniques that help you refresh and energize without doing any traditional energy work, and has some specific vital energy exercises as well.

Hmm, well, how good are you at artificing? I've made a ring do exactly what you are describing you want by having it draw in static energy from the air around me. as well as be a storage for when I get periods of excessive energy.
And no I'm not talking about "magickal" energy, atleast not just about it. If you know how to control the physical energies of your body you can make an energy "well" of a sorts.

Anyways, the steps are simple. If you know how to artifice, you prepare an item you'll have on you often and make a storage in it. Personally, for me doing this, I delve my mind into the item so I feel it's make up in its entirety, after which I "braid" energy into it making it a part of the structure of the item (usually for this I use a ring). When I get it done I then go deep into its center and expand it, making it a hollow of a sort. You can make this a general all purpose hollow or you can make it specific to certain energy types. If you want it to actively draw in energy passively (without you having to consciously doing it) you an make it have a pull for that energy wavelength (hard to describe this... To me it's like making a void of that energy that is constantly trying to pull it in).. now, after you close the structure of it all off (to me it's like slowly hardening the energy and will used in it) it is ready to be filled.
To fill it with physical energy, you concentrate on the ring and the hollow you have made in it for energy and feel the excess energy you have, then, as you are aware and feeling the ring, you "push" or "flow" the energy into it (this is not instant, it can take a small while) and be sure to stay aware of the energy going into the ring and mentally hold it in there until you seal it in a way it won't immediately escape (you can't prevent all leakage, but if done right it will be minimal and will keep the bulk of the energy for weeks if not months... Depending on the material of the vessel used and how often you put energy into it).

But yeah... That method may not work for you, it depends how you do things, but that's how my mind translates what I do for something like this.
