Solid Projection Of The Double

I ask if anyone has any anecdotes concerning a solid projection of the double whether recounted from books or your own personal experiences. How the astral double is projected in such a way as to seem to all intents and purposes a real sold body I.e. it produces a real impact upon the physical world. Thank you.
