Workout and meditation

Hi guys ,

Recently I have begin training in martial arts again , after taking a few weeks rest.

I have a question : How should I organise my routine?

The problem is when I'm done with the hard training , I am exhausted and my muscles are shredded to pieces . As such , it is really hard for me to do yoga properly , also my tiredness usually affects my concentration in meditation .

If I'm inverting things ( I did not try with my current routine) , I can tell my training performance will suffer , if not completely cease , because the meditation states I am getting into .

Yoga in the morning, martial arts in the evening.
