Spent today at Fort Worden in Washington state did a goetic summoning and made a portal to hel but along the way we found storage calligraphy that gave off a weird energy and later that night (tonight) I flipped my soft top convertible after seeing a black dog with red eyes in the road I need help identifying the seals!!

I think it is the legend of a friend of King Solomon. This friend would come to him with is problems and complain all the time. Solomon always said "Do not worry It will pass.". Now when the king was dying this friend began complaining again ''what am I gonna do without you, you always helped me with your words". And Solomon gave him a ring on which was encrypted "It will pass". So the ring was helping this guy for a while. Then once that he was having a very bad time, got very angry and said "Fuck this all, All of my life listened to these words "It will pass"." Then he throws the ring. As some time passes and he is calmed down, he looks at the ring and notices that something is written on the inner side of the ring as well. He looks and it says "this too shall pass". Actually the car landed upside down after flipping 5/6 times I have one bruise from my subwoofer I should have died but was protected by my guardian prince Sitri

This might not have been a great idea, given what you found afterwards.

My conjecture would be this is a temple space, one that was warded and you activated it.

Whether or not that connects directly with the black dog, is also a matter for speculation, but Garm and Hel and Irminsul/Saxon paganism/ dog skull, that's a very neat fit together.

I don't recognise the sigil/ seal, if you mean the 3 vertical waves with the cross bar wave on the doors?

I'd probably assume so and I'd leave it be, afterwards. I like to think there's good reason for them warding and respect the right of other folk to have their outdoor/rural sacred spaces where they can.

I completely agree we were all there because we wanted to claim it lol. Although the one of the other 3 people with me just was attempted to be hit by a car with bright red interior light and came back after he jumped out of the way to try again no visible driver just bright red light inside.
