I am either officially old or out of touch... Does anyone know what "fucked street level" means? Anyone? I mean there is a mental image Im getting, but its' a bit literal.

I think fucked street level means you're so desperately addicted to some substance that you have lost your home, your family, your cat, and you are just on the street, totally fucked street level 5.
