A weird energy.

So i discovered by my self quite interesting energy and i want to ask you what it is exacly. It started from absorbing energy from shadow, after absorbing quite a lot of energy i started to feel heavy, moveless, so i went to bed and i started absorbing even more, after that i went into weird trance and tried doing something with this but it didnt worked, trance was so strong that even my body was moving it self without my will (some kind of shakes) after that, and i feelt a lot of power. On the end "Darkness" told me to be carefull next time, and it will be less powerfull. My friend who is into this stuff told me that this energy is fucking retarded and weird for everything else bcs it vaccums everything, its like void. So anyone knows what exacly it its, what i did,how can i use, and with what this can be linked?
