I generally have used the LBRP version given by Francis Melville. I use the banishing pentagram of air in the East, fire in the south, water in the west, and earth in the north. I know traditionally the earth pentagram is a basic version to clear the mundane of the earth plane. But I feel the specific pentagrams do a better job. Thoughts? Do you think it’s less effective?

I guess the important point is in the pudding. When you use it do you feel all the energetic data around you pushed out and swept clean? There are many different approaches to banishing (it's not my preferred praxis), I'd go with what resonates and works best for your practice.
