Astral projection

I started having sleep paralysis episodes more frequently after I began reading and watching a lot of content about esoteric, occult, and astral projection topics in recent months.
Here’s a strange experience I had one afternoon:
I had fallen asleep during the day, and as far as I can remember, I wasn’t dreaming or seeing anything — just blank. Suddenly, I opened my eyes and realized I couldn’t move. I was in that confusing in-between state, not fully conscious, just desperate to move again.
Out of nowhere, I felt a strong pulling sensation from my stomach area, lifting me upward. Then I started to feel like I was floating, still in the same lying position, moving through the space of my room. I couldn’t see clearly, but I was aware that I was in my room, floating, and I just wanted it to stop.
Suddenly, I snapped back into my body, and everything went black. Then I started to see my room again — not clearly, but I could perceive it, along with the sunlight coming through the windows and curtains.
Then it got even stranger. I began to hear people whispering or talking inside my room. These voices sounded familiar, like my friends — probably how my brain was interpreting the event — but it felt very surreal. I just wanted the voices to stop. I kept trying to wake up, forcing myself, but I couldn’t.
Eventually, I managed to wake up, but I don’t remember opening my eyes. It was as if I suddenly sat up and was already awake with my eyes open. I’m still not sure if my eyes were open or closed during the experience — all I know is that I was seeing the room, just not very clearly.
