There is this otherworldly entity called Sepheranz, Spider Queen, Spider Queen of the Void(according to a singular person), and even Arachne sometimes.

Is this supposed entity actually real? Does the supposed entity have any ties to the Arachne and Athena story? Is the entity Arachne herself perhaps?

The supposed entity and other entities like the supposed entity seem to have similarities and the same title as a fictional character named Lolth. Did the creators of dungeons and dragons take inspiration from the supposed entity or did people who work with / for / under the supposed entity take inspiration from dungeons and dragons or is it Al just coincidence?

Would anything happen if one were to do anything with Lolth and or any other fictional characters like that fictional character?

Would anything happen if one were to make a fictional anything that was supposed to be offering / worship / work / connection making / etc for the soused entity?

Does trying to / experimenting to see if anything happens cause something/ mean something will happen at all? Including making a fictional anything?

Would anything happen if one were to make drow characters and spider themed / spider goddess themed / Spider Queen characters?

Would the supposed entity do something to you if one refused to work with / under / for the supposed entity? It is said that the supposed entity is terrifying, powerful, and can kill you.

Is this supposed entity/ being / deity / god / goddess all knowing and or all powerful and or all seeing?

I worked with the spirit Arachne back in the day, with powerful results...though there are many spider spirits....just as there are many spiders. Modern fiction is notorious for taking characters from mythological sources....(Thor, Loki, Odin.....etc) but i wouldn't recommend working with those spirits in the context of Marvel.
