Blue Dragons and Offerings

In short, I am wondering if blue dragon spirits exist and what kinds of offerings they would like.
Incense? Fragrant oils? Certain gems? Food?

There are many paradigms in which dragons of many colours exist, though seldom are they actual physical beings, more like ethereal constructs or 'spirit totems'. Surveys in the U.S. and Europe show that blue is the colour most commonly associated with harmony, faithfulness, confidence, distance, infinity, the imagination, cold, and sometimes with sadness. If you are looking towards making offerings to a 'blue' spirit totem, then I'd take that into consideration.
