We are all familiar with how this illusion works.
So we're going to try something a little bit different.
We're going to first check and see how chaotic our subconscious is...
1.) Stare at the head of this animated silhouette.
2.) Observe the movement you see before you while keeping your eyes fixed on the animated silhouette's head.
3.) You're probably perceiving random left and right turns as well as stuck in "limbo movement" a.k.a. going back and forth, e.t.c.
...
Which means that you are very chaotic and incoherent inside emotionally.
4.) To take control of what you're seeing in this animated silhouette, keep your eyes fixed on its head while visualizing in your mind a copy of the exact same animated silhouette - moving in the opposite direction.
...
With your eyes focused on the animated silhouette's head, if you shift your attention to the copy within your mind (seeing it) moving in the opposite direction that your eyes are currently seeing it move in - your eye's perception of the animated silhouette's movement switches to the direction you were visualizing it move within your mind.
5.) Train your mind to focus on one perception at a time.
Visualize the animated silhouette move left. Hold that visualization for as long as you can and then switch it up... Visualize the animated silhouette move to the right. Hold that visualization for as long as you can.
...
Then visualise the animated silhouette moving left and then back to right and then back to left - e.t.c. Don't allow yourself to visualize it movin in any full circle. Maintain that visual for as long as you can.

Once you master this simple technique, you can experiment with longer durations. ~
