Well, never get anything on credit! Save up for it! Patience and steady building over the years can render a frugal person richer than the guy who's in negative equity for his car, his house, his washing machine and his suit. If you own your things, and you're not in debt, you are technically richer than the guy with a half-million dollar mortgage on his house and who lives on 'the never never' (that's credit to anyone who never heard that phrase before!)Grab wrote:Lets say that your work doesn't pay very well due to various factors as education level or a general recession?
Let's say that you don't have a starting capital to invest or that your "wiseness" (if there is such a word) turns out to be wrong? (Could easily happened on the stock market.)
How would you do it then?
yeah. i'm a girl. scrub that. I'm over thirty and a mom, so defo a womanYou must be a girl or gay! For most guys in the hetero world, life isn't nearly that easy.

As a large proportion of our communication with others is non-verbal, the most important thing to remember here is that being true to your self is more important than trying to impress someone, which inevitably is tantamount to pulling the wool over your own and others eyes. Generally speaking, I find such 'falseness' is sensed at an unconscious level without there needing to be a conscious recognition that someone isn't quite being themselves. That's very good advice. Of course, the underlying assumption is still that you have met the guy, that you have friends and a social environment in which to interact.
Anyone of us can find a social situation to interact with others in, and if one gets over inevitable feelings of self-consciousness in new situations, and has courage to put themselves in situations where they are likely to meet people with similar interests, then forming relationships at any level becomes possible in good time.
Aye, I tend towards nudging probability with charged sigils. This focuses my mind & will enough to achieve something I might otherwise feel less confident about achieving 'on my own'. but doesn't involve the 'spirits'.General speaking, however, I tend to agree with what you say. Worldy matters can often be solved through worldy action. A little nudge on the probablity can't hurt though.

Talking of spirits, has anyone here tried their hand at contacting the Lucky Hoodoo as mentioned in the Voudon Gnostic Workbook by Michael Bertiaux?
