Hmm im feeling pretty well no nervousness and no anxiety i work off my stress in the gym .
Can be something other , maybe time to go visit a doctor I have been like this over a year now.

I have a question.
Is there anyone else here that suffers from extremely cold hands and feet since started to work with magick?
My face and chest and legs are the opposit they always warm but its only my hands and feet thats cold.
They get so cold they hurt.
