I just did it now, whilst assuming the role of the hermaphrodite. I still feel sexally arousable albiet a little disorientated - that could be due to the fact that I went out drinking last night but I am not sure. It wasn't my intent to have no ejaculation, but it happened regardeless.
Anybody have this happen before?

So, what do you mean by assuming the role of the hermaphrodite? After ejacluating Shu and Tefnuit, Atum's hand gained feminine quality, in which case most men engage in hermaphroditic activity nightly. Is this what you mean, or do you have your own style?
