enochian Tablet of Union

Post by Occult Forum Archive »

Original post: ascendiel

I got the tablet of union tattooed on my lower back. i was bored and 18, i know i know. but some times i get very light headed, as if i'm about to astral project. i'm curious for those out there who practice e-magick, what are the implications of this situation for me. I didn't go too far in enochian magick, rising on the planes and what. It's very useful when summoning demons, however. darling dears that they are. thanks for the feedback, email itheppl@hotmail.com any replys,

The Tablet of Union was never meant to be worn. It is intended as a table of practice. I would advise you to get it removed (if you can), but that would just be a personal opinion.

I have seen tattoos crazier then that one. Did you charge it in anyway? If not, should be fine. The tablet of union was something that the GD came up with due to one drawing in one of the MS of the 4 divine names into a table. It works pretty well :) If you had the lettering done in Enochian is might cause a little more trouble. Well hopefully you practice magic?
Best of luck with that.

Knowing that tattoo removal is a quite expensive thing to have done (not to mention painful in most cases), I say that you might want to do some of the following; perhaps you can turn a youthful decision into something that produces positive results.

Try ascribing meaning to the Tablet. Don't really worry about the GD meaning (although you should probably take it into consideration), but instead know the core of what it represents. Take that meaning and make it personal; what I'm trying to get across is that you might come to appreciate the tattoo better if you give it individual importance to you.

Charge it! Observe the results, decide whether they are positive [in your perspective], and work from there. If the results aren't to your satisfaction, you still have the option of banishing.

Instead of looking back on your decision [no pun intended] as something you regreat or are displeased with. There is a chance seeing the tattoo as a token of your youth and how much you've changed over the years.

The ability to remove the tattoo will always be there, anyway.

Why would it be considered bad anyway?

I can very much elaborate on my original post concerning the tattoo of the tablet of union. It occassionally is useful when i practice ceremonial magick, but rarely gives me pause anymore when not 'used' or charged. Which makes me feel that it is a potent talisman, as noted by the GD...in practice. but as a stitch of ink goes on the human body, which performs yoga and banishes well...it's impertinent in the grand scheme as a tattoo. All I have to say is: Waaahooo! the initial involvement of the energies I invited when the tattoo was initially charged were overwhleming, what with strange dreams, fears/doubts, and an uneasy feeling of always being disconnected...detached...from things in my life.
If this thread is alive, I'll happily submit a pic and more on my experience charging the ToU as a personal conduit when using enochian magick
