Well I heard that it was possible to travel threw trees like a gate way of some sort and that the druids did,if so did they do it mentally,spiritually or astral projected

Modern day and ancient shamans travel(ed) in the astral body, sometimes in the mental one. I can't speak for the druids, but I'm thinking their method of travel was pretty much the same. If you read shamanistic accounts--for example, the "Don Juan the brujo" books by Carlos Castaneda, you will see that the physical body is left in a relatively safe place while the astral body wanders. xoxo Scarlett
