Needing of a mentor

I feel you are applying the term "god" even more liberally than most tend to do.Your application of the term could be used to apply to an overly wide range of astral beings when it is already used to refer to an already large number of astral beings and I generally dislike the term to start with.

I'm afraid I must ask you to define your view of what a "god" is.I'm not saying these entities do not exist I merely shun the terminology you use in regards to them.

Let me fist say that I admire your persistence. This is the second time you have begun a thread on this topic, specifically requesting assistance in this particular fashion. I'm also impressed that you have understood not only that there is a process of instruction that involves working from the subconscious ie astral outward but also that there are people who can be found in physical form who do this.

I find it ironic then, that you requested teachers, got several replies. . . .

Are you listening to them?

I think finding a mentor is difficult. There are so many people out there who set themselves up as spiritual gurus or counsellors, so be careful. What worked for me was a lot of meditation, prayer, conversations with different people, and best of all Franz Bardon's books on Hermetics. The information I found in one of his books I did not find in many others, mainly because Bardon's books are from an original sources, rather than being a compilation of this person or that person's ideas. After 30+ years of studying Hermetics, I was lead to my guru and the wait was worth it. Franz Bardon said that "life is not a fairground, but a school." So mnay things now make sense, and I can discern what is positive or negative without being so confused. Hope this helps you as much as it has me. Best of luck.

After thinking about this and all, I have come to the conclusion there is no mentor for this individual. One cannot fill a cup that is already full.
