High Magick spells?

Hey Guys,

I am a High magician practitioner and have noticed obviously that there are no spells for High Magick. I mean I know that the goal of it is to reach contact with your HGA but there should be some spells too. Maybe not spells but rituals that improve your experience in the Physical World [gz]

I have done rituals like the LBRP,SBRP,LIRP,BRH,MPR,Rose Cross,etc. I have noticed that most of these rituals just cleanse the space and equalizes the energies of the area. Is there a website that creates spells but of High Magick category. Like curses, There should be like "In the name of the Almighty Adonai I bash thee with thy hand and condemn thee to everlasting perils" such and such. I would like to get a link or even some help in creating High Magick spells. It could be like asking a petition from Higher powers to do this.

I am focusing more on my rituals than spells but we need spells too for physical delights [rofl]
Maybe not a spell but a ritual that performs the same task as the spells. I would like to get a ritual rather than a spell because I am more passionate in doing rituals than spells. I don't like wicca or witchcraft (no offense) because I had a bad experience on it as well as I read about some practices and some I disapprove of it.

Indeed, it's as akimbo said. Make your own. Nothing is more precious to a magician than his own works.

Also, manifestation of magick in the physical world is... difficult. Just you try and make gold from thin air, you crazy alchemist you! Stick with trying to reach your HGA, you'll be happier for it.

I am not familiar with chaos magick as the first time I studied it, Pretty much It's like a scratch pad of magick where you sketch stuff up. Everyone does start that way though. All magick systems went through chaos magick so, I will give it a try, What is BOL BOB #49??? I do not understand.

As for Asmus:

I find reaching my guardian angel part of my goal. It is my ultimate goal but there should be some "quests" at the side (for RPG games) so you can get a lot of experience and reach your HGA faster. If you keep going through the main story you get bored and nothing is new as well as if you go to different side quests you get higher experience, and when you move to the main quest you cannot collect enough experience and might die from a boss fight.

Why focus on one thing when you can achieve a fortune off another. [cool]

Nice analogy there. In that case, do your life like Disgaea, and level-grind until you beat final bosses with one hit. The more experience the better!

Seriously though, all joking aside, I can't think of any reason why you would want to use "high magick" for the task you want to perform. You're better off constructing pleasures for yourself in an alternate-reality. Try lucid dreaming or astral projection.

Quick defintions: Lucid Dreaming is a "waking dream", a dream where you are fully/partially in control of your environment and yourself. Astral Projection is way different. This is where your mind consciously enters the same dream-like state, without being asleep. You are ALWAYS fully in control of everything when you astrally project. Other forms of magick that give pleasures i don't know much about. Maybe... the magic of learning? [crazy]

Yes, I am very aware of what Astral Projection and Lucid dreaming is. I have practiced it but not really "got there" It takes a lot of practice, some people even got to YEARS! just for the lift. The thing is, if you analyze it well you are going to become retarded.

When you astral project or lucid dream, you are in YOUR world and when you get overwhelmed by it you might get insane. You will keep trying to astral project or lucid dream. Visiting other dimensions, creating things virtually impossible to create with gravity,etc. To me, it's not a good idea to ALWAYS practice Astral Projection or lucid dreaming, You always face reality when you WAKE UP. I wan't something solid, something that has the feeling of achievement and success [gz] not a sandbox world where you create everything. Have you seen the movie "inception"?
If you did then you get my point, if you didn't then go watch it. It has got everything to do with lucid dreaming.

I mean sure lucid dreaming and AP is fun, but sometimes you GET LOST IN REALITY for that matter. I can control myself but there are times when the mind has enough. Sometimes you have to ingest on something REAL.

Nothing against astral projection and Lucid dreaming. I am very well interesting in it, but you get the point [thumbup]

Exactly why I don't lucid dream or Astrally project; you're only changing temporary constructs. You can't use it to test things like magickal theory (for a multitude of reasons); the only thing it's good for are:

1) 100% free 1-person rituals
2) Some subconscious magick

Sanboxes are fun for pleasure; but if you're wanting something more permanent, how about a girl/boy friend? Tons of social engineering articles out there. Do some low-magick to prepare yourself subconsciously, and you're all set.

If you're staying away from AP and Lucid Dreaming for... "safety concerns", please remember that you posted a topic on HIGH MAGICK. [rofl] It's not exactly like you're new to this kind of stuff. Remember, those practices are only as dangerous as the magician is inexperienced; and it's much safer to alter a constructed reality than to alter a physical one. Your humunculi girlfriend that you make in your dreams isn't going to come to your house and murder you with a butcher knife if you dump her, like a real woman can.



If you're not the social type, you could pick up a hobby. Nothing like the higher magick of your mind to give you pleasure! Try to pick something useful, with future applications. For instance, a hobby of mind is chemistry. You might enjoy it too; why don't you try giving the Jolly Roger Cookbook a shot? For less destructive science, you could always build some lasers or make some rock candy, although in my experience, rock candy gets old after a while.

You could also try different kinds of magick. Sympathetic magick is interesting (though odd and tribalistic, in my VERY BIASED opinion), and you may enjoy sacred geometry if you're into math.

If you want to get fancy, take up origami and fold your sigil into some cool shit; make it more meaningful. The more effort you put into something like that, the more effective it's going to be. [yay]

As I see it there isn't really a need for spells.

You can perform the LBRP to purify the space and to rid yourself of outside influences so you may enter the magus state of mind.
Then while in that state of mind focus purely on the idea and intent of what you want to do, depending on the situation you may empower it by drawing symbols or energise it with the holy names.

To me symbols, spells, rituals and the like are all but tools to empower and focus your intent strongly enough for it to be able to cause a change or event to occur in conformity with that intent.
So I believe the most powerfull of all magickians only need a simple thought or word to produce the results they desire.

Even if I believe so I still treat those, crystals and my tarot ect with the proper respect.
