Protection with Limits

Limits: I can't have anything costing money or which would require storage, nor anything which would draw a lot of attention or require a lot of space to perform...I live in a dorm.

Protection: I've got a guy who has some problem with the world and continues to mess with everyone he sees, especially those who won't rise to his constant challenges...i.e. me. I'm no fighter by any means, and if he chooses to lay hands I'm doomed. What can I do?

As simple as using a pencil and paper,or marking on your body somewhere,you can use spit,blood or other fluids too,in making one of these.

I haven't read a whole lot about Sparticus. I didn't think he could be alive, considering his Greekish timeline, but others have been reported as gaining various immortality by various means. What info do you have on him Bomoss?

Yeah, he's making physical threats, but we're not in college. He might be anywhere from 25-35. Seems to be trying to scare me more than anything, and while he's the craziest I've seen, maybe he's not any different than others who just want to be feared. Definitely a bully, though. Maybe even a coward, deep down. I've tried getting security involved, and they didn't really take it serious.

When it comes to my time constraints, I'm limited to the one and a half hours on a public library computer, with a few other things I need to do online other than look here. Though I shall try to peruse the lists.

Edit: Oh! Would these be some things to keep in mind: Waxing moon for making people leave? Waning moon for making self powerful? Consecrate the things for magick after a few minutes of silent, mind clearing meditation to get rid of all the unnecessary thought input. I, personally, choose to keep it just and kind, with no desire for either of us to be harmed or punished. I just want him to leave me alone.

If so, which entities other than the ones Bomoss suggested should I ask for help from?

Another, though relatively simple, idea could be to remove thoughts of you from the person's mind. It is possible then that he could be standing near you and not recognize you. Just a thought . . . .

Dried Bay leaves can be bought very cheaply,or otherwise procured from a kitchen.They are excellent warding items,hidden in your belongings or about your person.You could also burn one with his name inscribed on it,or try the less aggressive but also highly effective variation on the classic freeze spell,where you put a bay leaf with his name on in a freezer,as unbobtrusively as possible,of course.Just a couple of ideas for now.

Thank ye, many things to try. I've also realized that when I just look at him like he's dumb and don't say a word, he reavels himself to everyone as...an idiot. I've written down all the new advice and magickal practices; websites. I can't wait till I have another computer and the time to actually look through all this stuff at leisure.
