troubles with Sign up?

I'm here since few days and spoke about this forum to my friend, but when she tries to sign up, (filling her name, username, password, checking the agree box, writing the twisted words with the space between them, everything right) each time she press enter it come back to the same page, the only change is a new couple of twisted words... she never been able to go farer... I was with her and she did everything right as I did... what could it be? [grump]

This happens,mostly,when you've entered the twisted words wrong, or when something on the form is entered wrongly or there is a blank line where something should be written in.

I tihnk it might be the 'captcha',that's the name for the twisted words.

But Vashta knows much more than I do about this,so we should wait for him to help.

I 'll post about this for him,on the Admin board.

Thank you very much for you fast answer. As we filled every fields as I enumerated them, I thought it could be the captcha too (I'll look less ignorant using this word, thanx [yay]) so we tried a dozen of times! I do have good eyes and know how to read (and she does too...). Also, I did get it at first try for my own account...

So, Vashta is our last hope! [pray]

Hum its not her... Her username is Heka or Heka Upeksha...
how could we proceed?

Just had a look through the registered users, there is a user registered and activated with the username Heka, there's nothing that I'm aware of that should be preventing her logging in.. And the account seems to be created. Could you PM me her email address, so I can confirm this is the right user? I'll contact her by email and we'll get this sorted as soon as possible.

Or, alternately, you could give her my email address: vashta@occultforum.org and ask her to email me with as much information as possible - the email address she used, the username, but not the password And I'll get it sorted for her as soon as possible
