Sorry, yes, emotional freedom technique I meant - I think a good site for getting a quick overview is tapping.com - but there is loads of free info online, including loads of free youtube vids
The way the EFT experts often put it is, your batteries are reversed, meaning your energies aren't right so you're sabotaging yourself, that's the way I see it. its also described as acupuncture without needles, as it involves tapping on points on meridians
I often find I feel quite awful and EFT can turn things round quite quickly, I mainly use it when I'm too grumpy to get stuff done, its really good for fixing that, but I've had some good success with healing other stuff like managing toothache

Re: EFT?
So, it's basically a mixture of acupressure and positive affirmations,I can see how that could be effective. [thumbup]
The Wiki article calls it pseudoscience, but there are a lot of subjects it does that with, some more validly than others, lol.
I 've used accupressure techniques before,an ex of mine showed me the 'gall bladder' point on my foot and manipulation of this point works to alleviate pain there as I have a slightly dodgy gall bladder.
I am interested in learning more so I will read the link and look around for more info too.

Re: EFT?
That does look interesting. I was taught and use pressure points a lot in my martial arts practice. Unfortunately the only ones I know are to cause pain and knock outs so yeah, pseudo science or not, they do work.
