Hey there ive just become recently very interested in the occult and its teaching and practises. I wish to learn alot more and have the desire to become a more spiritual person. Been a member for a couple days now and the forum has already given me a ton of information on how to start and what to read. From what u have read so far the people on the forum seem very knowledgeable and like helping get a new occultist started down the right path.

I really would like to learn how to meditate so i can become one with myself and the surrounding energies aswell as learn to be a lucid dreamer and hopefully even learn to be an astral projector.

Ive started performing the Qabbalistic Cross ritual in the mornings and am wondering how frequently i should be doing the ritual and also if there is a preferred time of day to perform.

I have read into the LBRP but have yet to perform it for the first time.

I have started keeping a dream journal again aswell as recording when and what rituals i have done throughout the day.

Any and all help and information you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated and welcomed with an open mind!
I wish it were so when you told me that you were solid gold.

The Q. Cross is so simple to perform that you might as well do it tons of times per day. I'd say it's better used with the LRP (twice, daily).

Also, welcome.

Hi and welcome to the forum. [grin]
