Imp summoning?
Hello there, this is actually my first post here!
I was actually talking to other people about Imps the other day. I've done some work with spirits and other various types of spirits including nature spirits, and animal spirits, but I've always wanted to try Imps, since they aren't as "powerful" as regular demon spirits.
I've looked EVERYWHERE on information (Books, google, etc.) and I found nothing other than some Guildwar crap or runescape or whatever else you want to call it. Anyway, does anyone know any good books on the subject or any good websites?
Thanks a ton!

Re: Imp summoning?
Infernalshadows,
Imp summoning, depends what you feel an Imp is...
Lesser Deamon energies like those of the Djinn for example are fairly easy to summon (Warning they can be evil aswell as good and can be difficult to banish).
Djinn's can grant wishes, much like the myth of Genies, however they often come at a cost and aren't as magical or as fast acting as put across in Disney cartoons and such like, so don't go expecting miricales or 3 wishes at that... Whats more don't expect to see them right away, they choose when they are seen and they often appear as black as your pupil and often at night. These creatures are in a realm between ours, they have been on this earth much longer than us and have access to the 7 heavens and hells, they can be lesser deamon or angelic in energy trait, some are bitter towards mankind as we can experience the physical world, they may try to latch on or even take possesion of you, never offer your soul for a wish, offer the shared experience of the physical world at most, they may become parasetic and you may need to banish them, many of the banishing spells online work fine, but I wouldn't suggest summoning and banishing time and time over...
How I summon a Djinn.
Things you need.
1. Full length mirror
2. A doorway
3. Some thing to draw with on the mirrors face that you can rub off (My misses lip stick works well)
4. 4 candles, a bowl of water and stone (Fav is lime or quartz)
5. Item to bind the Djinn to (Suggest silver or gold and something you can keep on your person, but also something you don't treasure)
6. Rock Salt or Vermaculite
This is best conducted after 11pm and before 11am in your part of the world and during you birth Moon's phase (this will help atract a Djinn with a simular harmonic as you, so if your fairly good in nature thus to will be the Djinn, if you have a darker side so to will the Djinn).
Place the Full length Mirror in a doorway place two candles infront of the mirror at each of its lower coners than place two around 3 foot in front of those, (So behind you) forming a square, you will be kneeling inside of thist square (soon) run salt lines or the vermaculite from candle to candle but not infront of the mirror (Its a bounding line to keep the energy in the 3 foot square you will be in. (helps draw the focus of the Djinn).
Upon the Mirror draw this symbol:

(techincally you only need to do the opening of the gate ritual at this stage, however I would suggest working with the XOYLO system for some time and using the opening of the Gate to have your own guide/higer XOY presant).

Re: Imp summoning?
You will then need to understand the Opening of the Lock and the Opening of the Gate rituals found here: http://www.occultforum.org/forum/viewto ... 46&t=33696
Place the bowl of water infront of the Mirror, place the rock into the bowl and have some of the rock exposed to the air, light the candles you then have all 4 elements in your square.
Draw the Lock symbol upon the exposed part of the rock and then place your item you wish to bind the Djinn to upon the rock.
Conduct the opening of the Lock, followed by the opening of the gate (use a glyph that you feel drawn to from the link given above).
Should you ever wish to bind or banish the Djinn I would suggest following the: 13 – Banishing or reversing a rituals
or 16 - Creating Cursed and Charmed Objects
From this link: http://www.occultforum.org/forum/viewto ... 46&t=33696
Please reframe from creating cursed or charmed objects to sell on Ebay or anywhere else, however if you part with the item and you do gain cash in return remember where you gained this knowledge and support this forum by way of donation, or buy one of my books "The Teachings of XOYLO".
This informationshould only be used by those stong of mind, and over 18, I take no responcilbility for anything that may go unplanned, nothing is ever 100% safe, crossing the road can end up in an accident if done carelessly, same with the occult, if you don't know the basics of magic then please learn first.

Thank you for all of the information that you posted. Actually, before I read this I was reading a book on Dijinn summonings. It seems relatively simple, and when I want to banish them or anything of that nature, I'll probably do the Supreme Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram, followed by the LBRP. I think that would probably cover it.
I've actually been working with spirits for some time now, and have been doing some form of magick ever since I was 8 (I am 25 now). Yeah, I started young.
Do you have a rough estimate about how long it takes the "wishes" to work? I know it is a really broad question, especially considering the power the dijinn has or the classification it has, but it was just a question.

Re: Imp summoning?
Would you by any chance have any books that would be good to read on summoning and working with Djinn?

Re: Imp summoning?
Infernalshadows,
The link I gave on this forum to the Opening of the Lock and Gate is a link to my own book, I own no books on the occult and I don't use any magick outside of what is in my own book, the information that I have placed up is my own and came from a being called Anan-Ael, not so long after I drowned at 13 I started havingh images and night terrors followed by shadow people/Djinn visitations.
I have heard others talk about the rituals you will use and I know they have been proven to be effective.
You can google: teachings of xoylo
You should find my LULU page and shope area, in there is a PDF version that is sometimes free for download or other times a couple of pound, depending on if LULU has a sale on or what not... However every page is on this forum in the link given, you could right click each in turn and save target as and gain the full book for free that way.
Hope you stick with the forum and place up your questions and experiences here.

Re: Imp summoning?
Infernalshadows,
As for the time of the wishes... After I Summon the Djinn, I keep them with me for 1 synodic period of my Birth Moon (28 days approx), upon the next Synodic window I perform the opening of the Lock ritual and ask of them their name if I didn't gain it upon summoning them, point out to them that they are there to serve me, and ask of them a wish in return for another Synodic period with my shared life experience (they get to feel and feed from physical emmotions and pleasure/pain etc in return), I ask they grant the wish prior to the end of the next Synodic period, so 28 day. Feel free to make demands of them, be respectful but lay down rules from the word go and never let them steer or control you, they are your servants.
When I ask upon them for something I don't ask for the imposible, for example they can't make you live forever, they wont cure of you of a terminal illness, they wont aid you in winning the lottery... They don't understand much of our world, they are energy and immortal, much like our own soul, and they don't understand death, wealth is a humman/man made thing and again they have no understanding of that.
The things I ask for are happiness, pleassure, harmony and other things that the Djinn can share in, then they are much quicker to act, wish for things that are helpful to your soul and emmotional health/wealth this they understand.
When Solomon used the Djinn he cast them into human slaves and used the Djinn to starve/stiffle/steal their emmotions, and worked them to the bone to build his temple. They felt no pain, they felt no need to rest, many after they Djinn left where broken and left for dead, the Djinn where then cast into brass containers and thrown into a pit of salt water (Brass, Salt and Water are all barriers to the Djinn that they can't cross), they perhaps remain there to this day...
