how advanced is book of baphomet

Hi I see book of baphomet by julian vayne and nikki wyrd is getting great reviews all round I think it has a 5 week course of exercises to follow which sounds really interesting I was wondering if anyone who has read it could tell me if the exercises are quite accessible to most or quite hardcore and difficult?

I know the authors well, I have the book, I participated in much of the work described therein. I can tell you that there is something in there for everyone. The coursework bit is pitched at anyone who will stir themselves to actually do the work, so go ahead and feel up to the task.

It's a great book which will change the way we all view Baphomet. Recommended.
