Greetings to all.
First, I am DELIGHTED to have found this forum, just what I was looking for -- fully interactive, almost realtime, peer-peer discussion of the magic(k)al stuff. I'm sure I'll benefit from it, and I hope to progress to a point where my opinions will be beneficial to others.
I'm 53 years old, identify as male, Mexican and gay. Just beginning now to get my feet wet as a novice Chaote after a lifetime of hippie, punk and avant-art involvement. Late bloomer? Yeah, late bloomer.
Primarily interested in acquiring understanding of those facets of the universe that aren't visible to me; applying "The (alleged) Knowledge" to actual magical manipulations seems comparatively frivolous... though I'm into the idea of making a tulpa for myself one of these days, and there's a couple of dead people I'd be very happy to socialize with. All of that''s in the far future though, I'm not anywhere near that point. My first request for advice will probably be something way mundane like "help me with the Banishing Ritual!"
On with the show!

Thanks for the welcomes.
Tip o' the hat to Jack; seeing a still from Napoleon was one of the things that convinced me I was in the right place. Antonin Artaud has popped up unexpectedly in my life at least once before; it's fun to think he might be following me around a little.
