Future visions

I have been having an ongoing problem with visions I see in my dreams, or when I just space out or in my mind images,words,faces, and other things I have never seen before flash before my eyes or in my mind and eventually they happen in real life maybe in a hour a day a week or a couple weeks,I have always been plagued by visions since I was a kid but lately it seems to be happening more and its becoming more detailed and its really messing me up and I don't know what to do about it. I don't meditate or dabble with psychic stuff I am just a normal guy with a problem and I feel like I am going crazy or maybe its something i can't explain I never really talked about this problem and I have posted this on several other forums to maybe get a answer to my problem.

My advice would be to try not to worry about it, it sounds like it's not something you've gone looking for, more something that's happening to you. It can be hard to keep the thought in mind sometimes, but you're not crazy I don't think so anyway. I'm not aware of any techniques to suppress this kind of development (most occult traditions focus on developing these things), I'd say ignore the visions until they go away, but there's no assurances they will. Then again, there's no assurances it's something that'll continue going on.

Are you perhaps going through a lot of stress when the visions come? Or are you deeply relaxed when it happens.. are there any patterns to the circumstances you receive the visions?

Because it's something that's just happening to you without trying, I think your best bet to stop it is to look at the circumstances that cause it to happen, and try to avoid or minimise those circumstances in future.

It happens out of nowhere and constantly.

Perhaps you don't need to suppress it...maybe you need to learn to control it. So that way you will only get visions when you want them instead of just whenever.

Hey man don't worry about it at all. I used to have that happen and still do every now and then, but it's gotten much more infrequent. Also something to note is to be careful about who you talk to this about. I told my mother about something I saw, because she died in the vision. At anyrate, I was right but she doesn't believe in that sort of thing so stuff happened and I'll leave it at that. Yes they can be scary, but looking at them objectively will help you understand exactly why you sent it back to yourself. Tell me if I am wrong in that you "live" these dreams in your own eyes and not third person? As I understand it, the everything that has ever been and ever will be exists. In this way, the energy from the beginning of time is the matter from our first star,, the astroid of many colliding into earth, the rock mined in a quarry and used in the castle walls. In this way, your past, present and future self are always in contact, existing as the same. If something really important is going to happen, your future self will relay the message back.to its former self. I think dreams are used mostly at first because you arnt practicing magic, and have no other way to accept the information. If you want a bigger mind fuck, think about this in relation to your past lives and your possible future lives
