Wiki can be a great resource,but it's not perfect and some articles are much more reliable and coherent than others.I do use it myself,but only when the information contained there is corroborated by other sources also.
In saying that,though,the article doesn't actually confirm this image IS the definitive seal and it does discuss other representations and descriptions also.
