help needed
I am desperate and willing to pay (call it expenses if you wish) but I need DNA from a subject I wish to harm (with very good reason) I've tried making a doll but without anything she has even handled it didn't work, the subject does make public apperences so seeing her wouldn't be a problem if your in the u.s.a which I'm not, even asking for a signed picture might work if she licks the envelope or touches the picture, but she knows my address and would be suspisious of anyone in the UK, this person lives in Washington DC, I know I probally sound crazy but how else am I going to solve the problem without help from someone in the USA?

Perhaps just move on. I don't know what the issue is but is the problem with her, or with your heart? Perhaps your own intentions are what is poisoning your happiness. I highly doubt anyone of sound conscience and mind would assist you in such endeavors.
Additionally, my reaction is this way because the people I help are ones who are under such magical attack that you are propagating- that kind of magic does not solve anything and often, the person will hit back- hard.
If you do succeed in this, I predict in a few weeks time you'll post another thread here saying "Help, I'm under magical attack" because often if not your victim knows and wields magic themselves, the spirits of their house etc. will.
My advice, because at the end of the day we are supposed to help you, is to move on with your life. Revenge is a coping mechanism that your body uses to deal with such issues, and once it is gone it is not replaced with anything- just leaves you as a blank and empty person. You're ultimate goal is to be happy right? Well... who doesn't want to be happy?! Just move on and choose to be happy.
The realization that happiness is a choice and to be happy you must want to be happy- is more valuable and powerful than any spell or charm in existence.
That is all I have to say upon the matter,

I'm not going to give you any sort of b.s. answer here, Brother. The fact of the matter is you don't *NEED* anything personal from the person you are aiming to curse. I've done curses against enemies without any sort of physical link to them other than just a picture of them. I'm not sure what why you feel the need to curse someone, but if you personally know this person or if they personally crossed you one way or another, then it seriously wouldn't be hard to do.

I'll second what Frater said about needing a personal link to the target; it can help because it's sympathy, I suppose, but the idea that you can't harm someone without a link is nonsense. Curses work well on the KISS principle when you're sufficiently pissed off. Why not just dress a black candle in some nettle essential oil, come up with a short chant that explains why you hate this person, and light that baby and set loose? Is there a reason this needs to be incredibly complicated?

I've tried all sorts of magik dolls etc but for some reason it just doesn't work for me so I'm asking for help but I don't expect something for nothing

Nobody is going to go so far out of their way to help you attack someone else if you aren't going to at least explain your 'very good reasons.'
