Managing my bodily energy? How?
A short story to put the question in context.
A few days ago I was on the bus. The bus kept stopping all the time and no one was getting off.
Then I saw that in front of the bus a mother and her daughter, who was probably around sixteen so no child, where both leaning
on their own respective stop buttons without being aware of it. So I move to the front of the bus and tell them both
that the reason why the bus is stopping is because of what they are doing. But she gives me an excuse.
She says that people got of on last stop. I point out to her that on the previous three stops no one has gotten off.
You could see it in her eyes that she was giving me attitude. A grown woman. Geeez.
Listen lady, I might not be in a hurry right now but other people might be and you are slowing us down.
So don't give me any BS attitude.
Do you see how unnessecarily worked up I get?
I was annoyed when I got off the bus for at least ten minutes.
But it's all energy being used in a negative way that makes me tired
I am no energy expert so I have to ask here.
Is there any way I can transmute these kinds of energies and forces in my body that are being bound up, as in the example above,
into positive or sexual energy that can be used as boosts instead of bad feelings that effect me in a harmful way?
I'm not talking about spirits or anything in that category, but my own bodily energy.
PS: I remember seeing a talk a long while a go where the speaker showed a energizing technique taken from some martial art.
I think it was called fire breath or something along those lines.
In Asia they have a lot of techniques for working with body energies so I would like someone to point me in a direction
or a book or some kind of serious, NON-NEW AGE, resource.
I guess what i'm asking is if there is a good management technique for transformation och manipulation of energy?

I don't practice this myself, but maybe you should research the six healing sounds (qigong). Although it may have been picked up by some New Age people, the practice itself is ancient.

And it really doesn't matter if the new age has picked it up. But Qigong and sucking on crystals are two different things.
It's just that if I find a new age resource for a serious practice then I have to sift through all the woo woo BS before I get to the substance of the matter.
Same reason I prefer people like Shinzen Young to learn meditation from.

I've been practising mindfulness meditation for about a year now. I now find that I'm much less irritated by such situations. Instead of getting annoyed and impatient, I now take such situations as an opportunity to connect with my inner self and be more aware of my body and state of being. The material from Jon Kabat-Zinn and Jack Kornfield on this meditation technique has been extremely helpful in developing my practise.

Reich is the non-new age guy for understanding how energy moves and gets blocked in the body. Psi also has to do with energy manipulation in the body. Do the LBRP daily to banish anger.

If you allow every imbecile yo meet to influence your energy, you will lead a crappy life. The only thing you can change in the world is yourself. You have very little power over anything else. Understanding this is a fundamental key to further growth. I can recommend this book to you. It's cheap and perfect for your situation:

In his book 'The art of happiness' dalai lama brings up some really helpful mental techniques to deal with these kind of problems.
No mater what you're opinion is on Buddhism and mr lama, he has some really good points about how we can control our own mind and energy.

Frustration and anger of that sort is very tactile as far as energies goes and therefore much easier to work with. I would guess if you already have a sigil in mind or some other visualization ready for energizing you could definitely use this. It would be a double bonus where you 1) energize your magick and 2) release your frustration.
I would use a scooping method. Move your arms in a circular scooping motion, gathering all the tactile energy bubbling around you and then thrusting it away, into a visualized sigil while breathing out hard... emptying your lungs completely. When discharged, pull back, snapping off your connection to corrupted energy while inhaling into a close chest prayer position.
Shake it off, arms and body.. and forget it all as much as possible. That aids in the release and energization.

Tis true... the interesting thing though is anything that really annoys/frustrates you is an indication of a similar problem you have within yourself,... or it would not frustrate you.
