I also was thinking about white noise. What do you think about it? Is there someone who would like to check how mutch my chacras (7 + hand and feet) are opened? What should I do more
Once I felt huge warmt in all my body, like I was in some buble, and once great hot in my feets. most time I felt too hot in particular places where chacras are.
