Anyone know how to trap a spirit?

Does anyone have any information on what the process for "trapping" someone's spirit inside an object is? Like say, for example, my dog died but I wanted to bind his spirit to a ring?

But more importantly, pause for a moment and this about what you want to do to by "tapping" someone's spirit. If someone who is stronger than you came along in a white van and grabbed you off the street to keep you locked in a basement for their own purposes, what would you call that? Sitting and thinking for a moment, is this really something you would want to happen to you? In the example you gave of your dog, do you really think that your emotions are of a greater value than the dog himself and whatever development or future he may have?

This is one of the more ancient forms of Black Magic called 'Ghost Slaving.' It was practiced universally.

On a practical level, do you have a skill set to actually accomplish such a task? If you honestly answer yourself that you do not, maybe you should direct you focus towards occult development rather than trying to jump into a very dark practice that would only lead you to frustration.

And I don't plan on actually doing it myself, I'm more interested in the process because so many people claim to have done it...like people selling "Djinn rings" or "Haunted/possessed" rings on Ebay or Etsy. And I started wondering "Is this all a hoax or can you really bind a spirit to a ring? How are these people doing this?" I guess you can. Hm.

Because something is theoretically possible does not mean that all claims as to its actuality are valid. I would not believe anyone who is claiming to sell such materials on Ebay.

Although binding spells can be effective, an item imbedded with a spirit, would most likely be an item that the said spirit was attached to. The holder of that item would have to have a sense of psychometry to feel that spirit's energy.

Binding spells have a direct implication to the intended beholder. JMHO...

I don't know about all of that but I do know on Ebay they sell Haunted Dolls.. where the spirt is attached to that object. I think some people use that "haunted" word to make money, although I have seen real haunted dolls on there, where you could see the orbs around the picture. But you have to be careful about getting tricked... people jack the price on "haunted" things like just stupid stuff... a doll belong to a witch, I disagree because the doll belonged to the witch that it is haunted but yet it will sell for 30-250... see what I mean. Easy to be tricked into that kind of stuff.
