Creative Visualization questions

I have a few questions about creative visualization.

1. Can you share what success you have had with creative visualization?

2. How does it work? Does it work the same way a spell works, by sending energy into the universe to accomplish a goal?

3. Why is it, that in creative visualization, you are supposed to visualize your goal until it comes true; whereas in a spell, you are supposed to forget about it?

One of the first thaumaturgy books that I read was The Art and Practice of Getting Material Things Through Creative Visualization by Ophiel. I think it has some good advice for magic in general, not just CV. These answers all come from what I read in that book.

1.I don't believe in sharing my results. Poke Runyon, who makes those podcasts Asurendra is always talking about, says that he got a nice boat really cheap via Ophiel's creative visualization. The people who talk about The Secret are also using creative visualization. Believe what thou wilt.

2. Everything in the physical world exists in the astral world first. We can create things in the astral world by visualizing them. If you do it the right way, your visualizations will manifest in the physical world.

3. This depends on the way you're taught to do it. In my method, you visualize the desired thing once daily and then forget about it. I assumed that you do it every day to make the visualization more potent. Regular practice, concentration, and detailed imagination make it better.
