Spiritualy Closed

Post by Mello23 »

Sadly I have been spiritualy closed for a very long time. Mainly because I was too busy with school n trying to entertain everyone. Now that ive graduated n I have more free time I do my best to try to become more spiritualy open. Ive tried various things only to gain nothing in the end T^T I just dont know what to do anymore, im scared that I might be so spiritualy closed that it might be more locked than simply closed [crymore] (which is very possible in my oppinion).

Does anyone have any advices and any spiritual training work that has results? Plz n thx u! [yay]

Hello Mello23,

It's my opinion that Spirituality is not a part of the brain that can atrophy though lack of blood flow or a psychic organ that you have to do a by-pass operation on.

Here is book with a very unique perspective:

Can you elaborate on what you mean by 'spiritually closed'? It sounds like you mean that you've been busy and social, and therefore haven't had the time you would have otherwise desired to reflect and/or recharge.

If that is the case... I have come to learn that a person may retreat to the desert, or be a hermit in the mountains, and grow much spiritually. However, at some point, sooner or later, that spirituality has to be put in practice and brought to other people. It does no good to be out in the desert, or up on the mountain, forever... so, as with most things, there is a balance. You obviously care very much about spirituality, and sound passionate about it and other people, which is a hint to me that you are not dead to it. Whether you realize it or not, who you are to others is often a reflection of who you are internally in your spirit.

I hope you find this helpful.
