need help please

hi i need help with a spirit thing

their a spirit or a demons whatever it is let me explain

i wake up in the morning with scratch on my skin or in middle of the day new scratch appear
and i feel something is watching me plus my cat where running after it and whenever i go check my cat stop running just like if that "spirit" stop moving but i feel chill going down my back so i know for a fact there is something around me or after me

the thing is i wanna know if there a spell or anything i can do to summon the "spirit" or to know exactly what is following me cause at this point im not sure what it is
and im curious i confront the "spirit" and thing got quiet but it always come back in a week period

so if someone can help please

I think your minds are playing tricks on you because getting a cut is not evidence to be followed by spirit, maybe you got a cut without knowing because even that is possible. Just put that thinking about spirit out of your minds you will that those feelings will vanish.

I've been writing this book (more like a short guide) called "Psionic Demon Hunting". Everything you need to know about combatting demons, spirits, and a bunch of other energetic entities. The book will explain how to eradicate a demon, cast away a demon, contain a demon for future work, etc. Perhaps I'll post a link sometime, it may be of some help.
