Ever since I was a small child, Iv'e been having a strange dream.
I was in a large room, It looked like the lobby of a large mall but with no stores or shops.
In the very center, there was a bench and sitting in that bench was a beautiful woman with long dark brown hair shadowing her face. I don't know who she was, or how i knew her, but she was... important to me. She was speaking to me, but her words were strange, un-comprehensible. I kept calling out to her but she couldn't hear me. Eventually, I felt as if I was about to hear her, But something... started pulling me away Like a magnet. and then I wake up.

Normal human want. The woman is a desire for a mate? That it is in a public area, that you are concerned what others think of the situation. Lack of control.

Hmm possibly, but its not THAT kind of importance she has to me, as well as the fact iv'e been having this dream on and off since i was 5.

you could go to a professional hypnotist, explain what it is you want from them (I assume particular questions answered about the dream). That would also be very expensive so you could also get someone you trust to learn and do it. Alternatively you could learn to lucid dream and when this dream comes up let the dream continue but be in control to maybe not be 'dragged away by invisible magnets' and instead maybe approach this woman and ask her some questions.
