im sure i have done it in my sleep many times without realizing and i remember tripping over objects and even my pets and snapping into my body, but i have tried to do it while im awake ive tired three times and have failed all three times, i just can't seem to get out of my body, but i do get intense tingling and feel like my body is rocking back and forth though is that a good sign, and i also feel like my legs are drifting away?the questions i have are:
does astral projection only exist in the mind, i don't think it does, but i want peoples views on this.
whats a good method for sepreating from my physical body into my astral body?
is it an actual sepereation or is it just moving higher up in the planes?
is it normal to see just black i sometimes see moving colors or a white light
is it possible to get possessed by something i don't think it is, but im not sure
