Hello all.
I have a method of attaining "complete spiritual freedom" (being able to to effortlessly travel spiritual worlds at will).
I want to share this method with you, and also open up a sort of study, so that results can be compared.
First of all, the unbelievably simple method:
ASTRAL PROJECTION VIA IMAGINATION
At the time of your choice, get comfortable and relax. Don't worry about technical relaxation methods, just close your eyes and get comfy.
Image a scene in your minds eye, and begin interacting within that scene. Involve all of your senses. Converse with beings you encounter. Explore the scenery. Do what you wish.
NOTICE: It WILL seem you are making everything up, when you first begin. However, this WILL pass with daily practice. Even if you are making it up in the beginning, it will soon turn to reality. It's been said that "Imagination is a reflection of the spirit world". In light of this phrase, nothing is fictional.
Even if you don't agree with that nice little phrase, don't worry. Like I said, with practice you will notice the scenery becomes more and more solid, and your experiences more vivid.
CREATING A "ASTRAL HOME"
Sometimes referred to as a safe place. It's a good idea to begin your daily spirit travels in the same spiritual place. This is a place you have imagined. Whether it be a house, or a secluded place in nature. The more you imagine this place, the more "real" it will become. It will be easier to start each time in your "astral home", and then go to other places from there, rather than trying to start each astral travel session in a different place on the astral plane.
GROUP STUDY
I am asking you who are willing to try this method, to post your results. I'm looking for immediate results, and also long-term (a few days, a few weeks, months)
How easy is it for you to visualize ?
Does visualization become easier the more you do it?
How long did it take you to attain "complete spiritual freedom"?

I'm sorry, what you have described is not astral projection, but just the use of a well trained imagination to induce daydreams. When you undergo conscious and intentional AP, your astral body vibrates as through struck by a jackhammer, you see bright colors and visions and experiencing a floating sensation, before finding yourself in a location somewhere between the physical plane and a dream (closer to physical reality) in terms of the density of the substance and your being.

Rin, using this method (after daily practice), I went through the vibrational stage and expirienced full - blown astral projection.
