How is the serpent connected to bioelectrictiy? And how does bioelectricity enhance our power? Could you go into detail regarding this?

I believe by bioelectricity he means the vital force, or chi/prana if you prefer Eastern terminology. It's a complicated subject, but my understanding is that the kundalini energy is not the same energy as the vital force, but that it generates it and/or the process of awakening it and raising it along the spinal cord increases the body's capacity for the vital force as a side effect, either directly or as a result of the practices undertaken to raise the kundalini.

I would, however, sincerely suggest avoiding the Joy of Satan group and their webpage. Their techniques are ripped off from other sources and distorted randomly, trying to practice their system is unlikely to turn out well for the individual (case in point: http://www.occultforum.org/forum/viewto ... 13&t=36794 ). Their teachings are also based on a violently racist philosophy (as well as various conspiracy theories, false or unproven historical hypotheses and a very poor understanding of ancient mythology and history) and their leaders are known to have connections to Neo-Nazi gangs in the US.

If you wish to raise your kundalini for spiritual or magical (although just raising the kundalini isn't going to achieve much in terms of willful and controlled practical magic) purposes, or increase your capacity for vital energy/chi/prana/"bioelectricity*," then there are much safer and more efficient means available than those given by the group mentioned.

*which is a poor name for the energy in question, as it is electro-magnetic in nature (that is, in eastern terminology, it contains both yin and yang properties, whereas the electric fluid is purely yang and physical electricity is it's manifestation, as physical fire is the manifestation of the fire elemental fluid).
